Here you can cancel an order from our online shop in accordance with §1234. Once you have provided all the necessary information and clicked on ‘Confirm cancellation’, we will process your cancellation immediately. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by email, as well as separate confirmation of the outcome of the cancellation. Please note that some items (e.g. dated tickets) may be excluded from the right of cancellation.
