Upon successful payment, your order will be sent as a PDF file to your e-mail address. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive an e-mail to your normal in-box within a few minutes. Adobe Reader is required to see, store and print our your order. This can be downloaded free of charge at www.adobe.de.
No, a print-out is not required if you save the attached ticket in your files (one ticket for each person), or take a screenshot. The QR code will be scanned at the cash desk. For speedy check-in on site, you can use our online ticket machines at the right side of the entrance area.

A booking for online tickets is binding and cannot be re-booked.
Tickets can however be transferred to another person. If you book the wrong ticket, the online ticket will expire and the right tariff must then be booked at the cash desk. No reimbursement is available.
You will automatically receive a cancellation insurance for presale tickets, you will receive all the necessary documents for this in your confirmation mail when you purchase the tickets, specifically: a policy from Allianz insurance.
The insurance is valid for all guests from the EU and Switzerland. People with cancellation cases from another country of origin please contact therme@silvretta.at.
A Cancellation of your booking is only possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or quarantine. All cancellation reasons are fully stated in the insurance conditions.
No insurance cover is provided for damage resulting from the following events:
Impairment due to alcohol, addictive poisons or medication; damage already incurred or expected at the time of booking or commencement of the trip; civil unrest/ war events/ terror, strike, participation in violence of any kind; suicide or attempted suicide; official orders; ionizing radiation or nuclear energy; motor sport competitions; epidemics and pandemics; natural disasters; seismic phenomena or weather conditions; embargoes, economic-financial or trade sanctions; withdrawal of the organizer from the contract; planned/ contemplated medical interventions; delayed healing; spa permits; damages caused by gross negligence or intentionally.
There are no coverage restrictions, the insurer is Allianz Partners (AWP P&C S.A., branch for Austria).
The insured person is obliged to:
- Keep the damage as low as possible and to report it immediately
- Truthfully explain the event causing the damage and to provide full evidence of it
The cancellation protection begins with the conclusion of the insurance contract for the booked ticket (booking confirmation) and ends with the passing of the gates in the Silvretta Therme.
Of course – our online tickets are not personalised and are therefore transferable. They can be given as a gift without any problem, however commercial re-sale is prohibited.
- You can obtain your chip bracelet, which serves as an entrance ticket, key, and payment method throughout the entire Silvretta Therme, either at the cashier desk or at the designated media exchange machine.
- The media exchange machine for online tickets is located to the right in the entrance area of the Silvretta Therme.
- Simply scan the QR code, and the chip bracelet will be automatically dispensed
- Please wear the arm band for the duration of your visit.
- Alternatively, you can use your QR code to get the arm band at the Silvretta Therme Cashier desk.
We kindly ask for your understanding that discounted tickets (family tickets, children's tickets, or tickets for people with disabilities) and rental laundry cannot be issued at the dispensing machine. Please contact the cash register for this purpose.

- Fixed-price "Deluxe Holiday" package: Available until 2:00 PM
With an online webshop ticket, your entry is guaranteed.
At the cashier desk on-site, you can purchase 4-hour tickets (bathing area, sauna, and combo), 90-minute tickets for the bathing area, day tickets (bathing area, sauna, and combo), as well as the fixed-price "Vacation Day" package throughout the day. When purchasing tickets at the cashier, entry cannot be guaranteed if visitor numbers are high.
