This ticket is flexible and can be redeemed on any date and time, without being tied to a specific date or time window.
Please note the ice rink’s opening hours from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Due to weather conditions (heavy snowfall, rain, etc.), the ice rink may close temporarily. The current status can be found here.
Additional information
Ticket grants one-time entry.
If the ice rink is closed due to weather conditions or other unforeseen reasons, a refund of the ticket price will be processed exclusively at the Cashier Desk.
Refunds are available until early March or until the ice rink closes, whichever comes first.
