Fit through the winter – lighter into spring

This program combines Pilates and EMS training with two sessions per week, making it ideal for boosting metabolism, increasing strength, and achieving a noticeably lighter winter shape.

The program starts on Tuesday, February 3, with entry possible until February 24.

Program details
🧘‍♀️ Pilates: Every Tuesday at 4:30 pm, 40 minutes – builds stability and core strength.

EMS training: Flexible scheduling on Fridays or Sundays, just 20 minutes – maximum muscle activation for fast, effective results.

An activated metabolism, increased strength, and a lighter body feeling – perfect after the winter months.

We also ask that you use a towel as a cover on the equipment.
